About this Role

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of DevOps engineers in building and supporting build and deployment efforts. You will work closely with engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that increase efficiency and reduce errors.

This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud-based infrastructure, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologies.

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Jenkins, and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Expert level Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts expertise for managing API workload builds, integrations, and deployments.
  • Very good understanding of Google Cloud services such as GKE, MIGs, CloudSQL, and MemoryStore, including integration patterns with GKE workloads.
  • Hands on experience with automation of build, deployments, code scanning tools such as Sonar, Checkmarx, container scan, and automation of tooling integration using web services via pipelines.
  • Good understanding of monitoring tools such as Datadog, AppDynamics, and Grafana for tooling integrations.
