DevOps Engineering Manager

The role of the DevOps Engineering Manager is to oversee the development and implementation of software systems. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of DevOps initiatives across multiple teams
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium and Appium
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and prioritize technical debt
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through regular audits and risk assessments

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software development or engineering
- Proven track record of leading large-scale software projects from conception to delivery
- Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Familiarity with cloud security practices and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
