Cloud Architect - DevOps Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to lead our DevOps platform and SCM suite. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, security, and identity management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Architect and integrate SCM tools (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible) to standardize and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
  • Build and maintain a highly available platform with 24/7 uptime and no downtime during core business hours.
  • Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks.
  • Design and implement a disaster recovery strategy with a 1-hour RTO and automate backup and restoration processes ensuring 100% data recovery.
  • Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and pipelines, enforce data encryption standards, and ensure compliance with corporate and industry security standards.
  • Integrate Okta SSO and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication for secure authentication and authorization.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior DevOps Engineer handling enterprise-grade platforms.
  • Strong expertise with Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, and other CI/CD tools.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for HA, DR, and backup solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and Okta.
  • Strong understanding of RBAC, data encryption, and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, architecture design, and stakeholder management skills.
