We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Strategist to lead our paid advertising efforts across various platforms. With a proven track record of driving profitable growth through data-driven decisions, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry and a strong analytical mindset, with expertise in Paid Ads like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. They will also possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive integrated marketing efforts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing efforts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for budget reallocation and scaling strategies.
  • Present weekly client reporting and strategic reviews.
  • Requirements:
  • 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing ad campaigns with a minimum of $5K+ monthly ad spend.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
