About the Role:

As a community growth specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with community administrators on various platforms. You'll need to explain how our platform operates and its advantages over competitors, help interested admins integrate with our system, and ensure they use it actively for at least 7 days.

This is a remote, commission-based position that requires minimal supervision. You'll earn ₹500 per successful onboarding (admin uses Earnpaste for 7+ days) and have opportunities for performance bonuses and long-term growth.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and messaging skills
  • Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or other community platforms
  • Fluency in English
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and independent
