At the core of our mission lies a profound understanding of the intricate dynamics at play within the Indian trading ecosystem. To spearhead this effort, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Lead to drive user acquisition and community building initiatives.

The Role:
  • We need someone who can build a strong presence in key trading communities - becoming an active, trusted member of platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram. Your role will be to foster meaningful connections and facilitate discussions that help users feel part of something bigger than themselves.
  • Drive user acquisition by identifying and converting potential users through personalized outreach and demos. This involves creating engaging content, crafting compelling narratives, and showcasing the value proposition of our product.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms. Building relationships takes time and effort, but it's essential for unlocking new growth opportunities and expanding our reach.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new users, guaranteeing they understand and actively use our product. Effective communication and empathy are crucial here, as you'll be guiding individuals through the learning process.
  • Create and nurture thriving user communities where knowledge sharing and engagement flourish. This entails fostering a sense of belonging, encouraging participation, and celebrating milestones achieved by our users.
  • Run experiments to test different acquisition channels, measure results, and scale what works. Data-driven decision-making is vital in this context, as you'll be analyzing metrics to inform your strategies and optimize performance.

  • A comfort level with both digital and in-person engagement, allowing you to tailor your approach to diverse audiences.
  • The ability to deliver effective product demonstrations, leveraging storytelling and visual aids to capture users' attention.
  • A sharp analytical mind, coupled with experience in growth metrics and their application.

  • Experience working at a broker or trading platform, offering valuable insight into industry operations and regulatory landscapes.
  • An existing network within trading communities, providing a solid foundation for relationship-building and partnership development.

  • Early-stage startup experience, teaching you how to navigate ambiguity, iterate quickly, and prioritize resources effectively.
