Senior Embedded Software Project Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in embedded software design and development, with experience in planning and scheduling projects to meet customer needs worldwide.
- Key areas of expertise include EPS/Steering system experience, safety standards knowledge (IEC61508, ISO26262, ASPICE), Agile methodologies, and experience working on 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers/microprocessors.
Responsibilities include:
- Project ownership and leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer interfacing skills and business acumen
- Motivating team members to achieve project goals and customer expectations
- Pressure handling in adverse situations
Familiarity with Coforge's values and approach is essential for success in this role.
Required Skills
Experience with ADC/DIO/I2C/CAN/Flex-Ray/LIN low-level drivers, AUTOSAR knowledge, and DOORS/Clear Quest/Enterprise Architecture are beneficial.
- Team leadership and collaboration
- Process improvement and productivity enhancement
- Ability to handle teams of over 10 members
Effective communication and negotiation skills are required.
