Job Opportunity: Talent Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee daily training activities, align initiatives with business objectives, mentor trainers, and drive continuous improvement in training delivery, content design, and program effectiveness.

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned trainer with 3+ years of experience in training and development, and at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role. If you have a passion for leadership, strategic planning, and team management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and implement training strategies that align with organizational goals, while managing resources effectively.
  • Training Coaching and Feedback: Provide high-quality training delivery by coaching and mentoring trainers, and conducting regular feedback sessions.
  • Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Innovation: Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure they meet organizational needs, identifying areas for innovation and process improvements.
  • Team Performance Management and Development: Lead and develop direct reports, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Regional Oversight: Oversee regional training initiatives, ensuring consistency and quality across the region.
