Job Title: Financial Performance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Performance Specialist to establish robust financial systems, project margin tracking, and cost reporting frameworks across our diverse business verticals.

This foundational finance role supports leadership in pricing, profitability analysis, and ERP readiness. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining job-wise and vertical-wise cost sheets, allocating shared costs, and creating standard cost templates.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain job-wise and vertical-wise cost sheets
  • Track material, labor, transport, and overheads per project
  • Allocate shared costs across business verticals
  • Create standard cost templates and monitor budget vs. actual
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics to validate cost data
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) certification or equivalent
  • 3-6 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in infra, construction, or rentals
  • ERP exposure (Tally Prime)
  • Strong grasp of cost accounting principles
  • Experience in project-based or rental-driven businesses
  • Advanced Excel and cost reporting skills
  • Understanding of logistics, inventory, and shared cost allocation
  • Hands-on, self-starter with systems-building mindset
