Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

As a skilled Financial Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Handle tax matters, including returns, filings, and assessments, to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits, ensuring timely closure and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS) and corporate laws, maintaining a strong governance framework.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.
  • Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and investment activities, optimizing liquidity and minimizing risks.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data and recommend improvements to business performance, driving growth and profitability.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities, maintaining positive relationships and resolving issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI or equivalent certification.
  • [X]+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, or audit, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, tax laws, GST, and Companies Act, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks), with advanced skills in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
