Senior Middleware Developer Lead About the Role

We are seeking an experienced developer to lead our middleware team and design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable enterprise applications. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong focus on middleware technologies within a banking environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications and scripts.
  • Writing clean, efficient, well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing code and applications.
  • Collaborating with team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Integrating third-party APIs and libraries into applications.
  • Ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
  • Lead the design and development of Java-based applications, focusing on middleware components.
  • Oversight of the integration of front-end and back-end services.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Java full-stack development, with significant middleware expertise.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with front-end technologies, e.g., Angular, React.
  • Familiarity with messaging systems, e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies, SQL, NoSQL.
