Job Overview

 

The Middleware Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, cutover, and hyper care.

 

This includes defining and managing project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in a collaborative environment.

 

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams comprising integration developers, architects, QA, and operations specialists to drive projects forward.

 

To succeed, they will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regular status updates, risk reviews, and steering committee briefings.

 

The Middleware Project Manager will also provide technical oversight, understanding Seeburger EDI / MFT and MuleSoft architecture, familiarity with data exchange protocols and integration patterns.

 

They will coordinate SDLC activities, including discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment using ICP tooling.

 

In addition, the Middleware Project Manager will support hiring and onboarding of internal and external resources, facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational handover.

 

Furthermore, they will ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standards, overseeing UAT, performance validation, and production readiness checks.
