Key Responsibilities:

1. Track Progress and Coordinate COO Topics

  • Coordinate key COO topics, ensuring smooth tracking and reporting of progress across operational areas: Strategy and Transformation, Financial Oversight, Operational Excellence, Resource Management, and Communications.
  • Monitor progress, milestones, and initiatives led by department heads or leads in each area.
  • Provide regular status updates to the COO on key projects and initiatives.
  • Support the COO in pushing leaders to ensure progress and resolving roadblocks.
  • Organize overview meetings with the COO to review progress and decisions.

2. Presentation Preparation for Senior Meetings

  • Assist the COO in preparing high-impact presentations and reports for Board Meetings, All Hands calls, and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
  • Organize and streamline content for presentations, ensuring clear data and insights, aligned with business objectives, and presented professionally.
  • Work closely with department heads to gather data, insights, and updates for presentations.
  • Schedule, plan, and execute All Hands meetings and other company-wide communications.

3. Supportive Roles in Strategy, Finance, and Operations

  • Support the Strategy and Transformation lead by tracking strategic initiatives across Cloud Professional Services.
  • Ensure strategic priorities are executed on schedule and report to the COO.
  • Organize meetings to review transformation progress, facilitating discussions between the COO and the Strategy and Transformation team.
  • Prepare overview reports on transformation projects, summarizing key milestones and roadblocks.

4. Financial Oversight and Performance Management

  • Work closely with the Financial Performance lead to track budgetary health, financial performance metrics, and KPIs.
  • Ensure financial targets are met and provide regular updates to the COO on variances or risks.
  • Support the financial team in organizing review meetings to analyze financial performance.
  • Prepare financial overviews and reports for MBR and Board meetings.

5. Operational Excellence and Risk Management

  • Partner with the Operational Excellence lead to monitor progress of continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.
  • Track key operational KPIs and ensure timely completion of improvement projects.
  • Organize regular review meetings between the COO and the Operational Excellence team.
  • Prepare risk management overviews and updates on mitigation plans.

6. Resource Management and Skill Development

  • Support the Resource Management lead in tracking resource allocation, skills development, and knowledge management.
  • Ensure talent development, resource optimization, and upskilling projects progress as planned.
  • Assist in organizing meetings with the Resource Management team to review workforce performance and skills gaps.
  • Provide regular updates to the COO on resource management initiatives.

7. Communications and Liaison

  • Act as liaison between the COO and the Communications lead, ensuring timely and clear communication of key strategies and updates.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and messaging consistency.
  • Assist in preparing executive-level communications, including presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Master's degree in business administration with IT/CS Engineering degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a leadership or operational role, preferably in a Cloud Services or Technology Consulting environment.
  • Proven experience in tracking, reporting, and facilitating key initiatives in a high-growth organization.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support leaders in achieving their goals.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools, with the ability to create professional and compelling executive-level presentations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, services, and operational models is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of organizing and facilitating leadership meetings and managing follow-up actions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to influence and drive accountability.
