The Account Manager will handle the end-to-end process for each student subscribing to our Undergraduate and Masters service offerings. This includes working with individual stakeholders (Mentors, University selection team, students, and parents) on the application process.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent writing skills with past experience in content editing/writing.
  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication.
  • Able to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders of the company and senior management.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to coordinate with team members and other departments.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and innovative problem-solving aptitudes.
  • Able to gather feedback from customers and incorporate it for continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Highly detail-oriented and diligent in work.
  • Careful systematic approach.
  • Bonus points if you have applied to a UG or PG degree abroad yourself and know the process well.
