Conversion Officer Role

This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the growth and success of our organization.

As a Conversion Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Regional Heads / their proxies across different territories in converting applications to paid students. This dynamic role encompasses various tasks related to university admissions, including maintaining a healthy pipeline, ensuring application progression, and providing CRM/refresher training to new joiners or agents if required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a follow-up on the refund cases raised by the BD teams
  • Predicting issues and resolving them with a proactive approach
  • Updating notes on CRM, post-conversation with agent/student with a summary

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English
  • A cool and calm temperament
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressures
