Compassionate Patient Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Patient Support Specialist to join our team. As a Patient Support Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding patients and their families through the treatment process, providing clear and compassionate explanations of available options.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel patients on treatment procedures, packages, financials, and post-treatment care in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Handle patient inquiries and convert them into registrations/bookings, maintaining follow-ups to ensure timely decision-making and admissions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless patient coordination, ensuring smooth communication and efficient care delivery.
  • Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets set by management, working closely with the team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, counseling reports, and feedback for continuous improvement, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes as needed.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance patient awareness and reach, leveraging expertise to drive business growth and development.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare/Management preferred), demonstrating strong foundational knowledge and skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient support (healthcare/hospital background preferred), showcasing expertise in patient care and communication.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Target-driven with a positive and empathetic attitude, committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving business success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (preferred), ensuring adaptability and efficiency in a dynamic work environment.
