About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a compassionate approach toward patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in ICU and Emergency settings.
  • Perform and oversee life-saving procedures including intubation, central line insertion, ventilation management, etc.
  • Manage complex cases including trauma, sepsis, cardiac, neurological, and post-surgical patients.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and physicians for integrated patient management.
  • Supervise and guide ICU nursing staff and junior doctors.
  • Ensure proper documentation, patient safety, and adherence to medical protocols.
  • Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and quality improvement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Intensive Care Medicine Specialist with valid registration.
  • Strong clinical acumen and decision-making ability under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Compassionate approach toward patients and their families.
