Job Title: Enterprise IT Consultant

This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in managing complex IT systems, ensuring seamless user experience and high-level security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience covering JAMF administration, Microsoft Intune device management, and endpoint security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MAC devices using JAMF to ensure user identity and endpoint protection.
  • Configure Microsoft Intune for device management and policy setup.
  • Maintain security compliance across the global endpoint estate using JAMF, SCCM, MECM, and Azure.
  • Patch vulnerabilities quickly and maintain compliance levels.
  • Develop and implement best practices for vulnerability, security, and Evergreen upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows group policy, MAC policy, and security patches.
  • Analyze log files and windows events to identify incidents and performance issues.
  • Escalate issues to 3rd party vendors, including Microsoft, Apple, Dell, 1E, and Devicelock.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Packaging, and Senior Technical Management teams.
  • Deliver service improvements without unnecessary investment by working smarter and using existing product sets effectively.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for macOS, Windows 10/11, and Evergreen across all EUC platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to Security Policy standards and operational requirements.
  • Maintain support documentation and issue tracking using Confluence and Jira.
  • Publish and maintain hardware certification standards.
  • Own and keep technical documentation up to date.
  • Work with Techhub to provide Knowledge Base support articles and scheduled upskilling sessions.
  • Manage Product enhancement via Agile processes with Product Owners.
  • Provide Management reporting of end-to-end services via PowerBI.
  • Ensure the EUC estate meets all Audit requirements.

Required Skills:

  • JAMF Administration on JAMF Pro/JAMF Cloud.
  • Microsoft Intune device management and policy configuration.
  • Microsoft Autopilot maintenance and engineering.
  • Enterprise-level patching and vulnerability management.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (System Centre Configuration Manager).
  • Knowledge of build task sequence in SCCM.
  • Enterprise-level Group Policy and Active Directory troubleshooting skills.
  • Advanced macOS and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills.
  • Browser support and Microsoft Edge enterprise mode configuration.
  • Troubleshooting and optimization skills in an Enterprise environment.
  • Advanced understanding of Patch Management and Policy creation/implementation.
  • Experience working in a compliance-driven environment.
  • Office 365.
  • Ability to deliver custom solutions to address non-standard requirements or provide additional value.
  • Strong understanding/experience of Remote access technologies and client troubleshooting – Pulse VPN, NetScaler, Zscaler Cloud Proxy.
  • Active Directory and Group Policy, Azure AD.
  • PKI infrastructure - Certificate Management and NDES.
