World Class Frontend Developer Wanted

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Developer with expertise in Angular to join our growing development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building high-performance, scalable, and responsive web applications. They will collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining the complete user interface (GUI) using JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem (React, Redux, ClayUI, and related libraries). This includes building interactive user forms, data listings, filters, and other UI components.
• Integrating these frontend components into the Liferay CE 7.4.x platform.
• Connecting the entire frontend to our services by working with REST API clients. Our APIs are well-documented with Open API specification to enable seamless integration with our backend systems.
• Collaborating with the backend team to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React framework.
• Experience with REST APIs and understanding OpenAPI specifications. Knowledge of GraphQL is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of GitOps, including managing infrastructure changes via pull requests.
• Daily use of Docker for local development with docker compose.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes from a user perspective.
• Ability to read and understand Jenkins pipelines.
• Basic understanding of OpenSearch (Elasticsearch) is a plus—you should be able to query data and troubleshoot errors via the GUI.
• Experience with Liferay CE 7.4.x and Java is a major advantage.
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR.
