Commercial Real Estate Business Development Manager

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead the expansion of our commercial real estate franchise in Bangalore. This strategic role involves collaborating with the sales team to explain lending services and automotive platforms to clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring timely identification and escalation of risks, and maintaining adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications">- At least 14 years of experience in commercial real estate with expertise in mortgage documents, origination procedures, underwriting, and monitoring.
- Experience in working with sales teams to create marketing collateral and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years of team management experience, including client relationships.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
