
Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to excel in lead generation and customer engagement.
This role involves prospecting new clients, conducting outbound calls, and building relationships with logistics companies and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting new leads through targeted outreach efforts.
- Presentation and promotion of logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Accurate documentation of all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaboration with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
- Must be able to work US business hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or logistics are an advantage.
