Marketing Growth Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation plans to drive pipeline growth and campaigns across both outbound and inbound channels.
  • Own the execution of marketing strategies including webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google Ads, events, and SEO-driven inbound strategies.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to launch high-impact campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.

Additional Considerations:

  • Experience working in international markets including GCC, Brazil, and Australia is a plus.
