Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Dean to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Dean in managing academic, research, and extension programs.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support the Dean in overseeing curriculum development and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  2. Guide the Board of Studies to facilitate informed decision-making and effective operations.
  3. Spearhead the implementation of academic programs across the faculty, collaborating with departments to ensure up-to-date curricula.
  4. Supervise the regularity of all academic sessions, including lectures, practicals, and demonstrations.
  5. Maintain the quality of teaching and learning environments within constituent colleges.
  6. Implement protocols prescribed by statutory bodies for examinations conducted by the university.
  7. Assist Principals and Vice Principals in analyzing department-wise teaching loads and determining resource requirements.
  8. Promote research activities within the faculty, encouraging faculty and students to engage in research projects and publications.
  9. Participate in academic committees, providing input and guidance on agenda items related to faculty.
