About the Role:

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Wealth Manager who excels at building relationships and closing deals. You'll be the face of our personalized wealth management platform, helping clients make informed investment decisions while growing their wealth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of client profiles and onboard them into our personalized stock portfolios.
  2. Manage your sales pipeline efficiently, following up on leads and closing deals to meet acquisition targets.
  3. Conduct quarterly video reviews with each client, analyzing portfolio performance and answering queries.
  4. Maintain open communication channels - emails, calls, updates - ensuring clients feel informed and supported.
  5. Identify opportunities to grow each portfolio through cross-selling, upselling, and deepening wallet share.
  6. Analyze client portfolios and provide insightful suggestions for improvement, aligned with our core investment philosophy.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in sales or advisory roles within financial services (banks, AMCs, wealth firms).
  2. Strong academic background.
  3. Exceptional communication skills - clear, confident, and persuasive.
  4. Thorough knowledge of financial markets, MFs, stocks, and investment strategies.
  5. High sales ownership and strong relationship-building instincts.
  6. Ability to explain complex investment methodologies in simple terms.
