Resource Management Specialist

 

Job Description:
  • Assist in monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of resource allocation to ensure data integrity in resource management systems.
  • Coordinate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs, ensuring optimal resource deployment.
  • Support forecasting of resource demand and conflict resolution to minimize delays.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of project resources to maintain a seamless workflow.
  • Regularly communicate with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges, fostering collaboration and cooperation.
  • Ensure alignment between available resources and project requirements, driving successful project outcomes.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ Years of Experience in Resource Management
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, D365).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
