Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to support our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance operations. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and functional knowledge of Oracle Finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the finance industry and experience working with complex financial systems. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving incidents and defects within SLA timelines, performing root cause analysis, and creating and maintaining documentation.

The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and IT teams. Experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Oracle EBS Finance modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects.
  • Perform root cause analysis.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams.
