We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient HR Operations Manager to manage and enhance the day-to-day Human Resources operations. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless HR processes including employee onboarding, records management, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accurate employee records in our HR system
  • Oversee the entire hiring process from job posting to offboarding
  • Administer employee benefits, time-off management, and attendance systems
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely salary processing
  • Maintain our company's policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures
  • Support employees with HR-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent employee experience
  • Handle all HR documentation such as offer letters and transfer documents

Note: A degree in HR or related field is preferred but not required.
