We are seeking a highly skilled Career Advisor to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the complexities of higher education in the UK.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with a strong background in student counselling and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle offer holders and drive conversions specifically for Russell Group universities.

You will work closely with counsellors, providing regular training and ensuring they have up-to-date knowledge of UK admissions trends.

Monitoring and reviewing team cases related to Russell Group universities is also an essential part of this role.

As a Career Advisor, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting weekly reports on conversion progress to management.

In addition, you will support students throughout their application journey, ensuring high-quality counselling and personalized guidance.

Working collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes is also crucial in this position.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK, a strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.

Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities is also essential.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members are necessary.
