Job Title: Digital Performance Analyst

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web analytics and be able to utilize tools like Adobe Analytics to track and analyze website performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates. They should also be proficient in creating custom reports and dashboards in Tableau to visualize data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze website and application performance metrics using Adobe Analytics.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards in Tableau to visualize data.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for digital initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve user experience, marketing campaigns, and overall digital strategy.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) with 4+ years of proven experience in web analytics using Adobe Analytics and proficiency in Adobe Reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
