Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the evaluation and decision-making process for 'buy vs build' analysis of a new product, from initial market assessment through recommendation and implementation planning. Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic options, considering cost, speed to market, technical fit, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for research, stakeholder input, and decision documentation.
  • Manage the assessment backlog by prioritizing evaluation criteria, gathering insights, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and product roadmap.
  • Facilitate risk assessment, dependency mapping, and scenario planning to recommend the most viable solution—whether in-house build, vendor purchase, or hybrid approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
