We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Research Scientist to join our Advanced AI R&D lab team in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced research in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and adjacent fields to solve complex business problems.
  • Design, develop, and optimize models and algorithms involving novel architecture and training methodologies to advance AI capabilities.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and conferences, such as IEEE.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, AI engineers, domain SMEs, and client teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and related technologies.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical field. Exceptional bachelor's or master's degree candidates will also be considered.
  • The ideal candidate will have theoretical and hands-on experience with Large Language Models.
  • 2 years of experience with multi-agents.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI or ML research.
  • Publications at venues such as IEEE, ICLR, NeurIPS, GECCO, ALife, AAAI, IJCAI, ICML.
  • Strong implementation skills.
  • Strong development and debugging skills in Python.
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Keras, Scikit-Learn.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
