Transformative Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to drive strategic initiatives in Credit Analysis, Insurance, and Risk & Compliance domains. As a key member of our Agile teams, you will leverage your expertise in business analysis, product ownership, and domain knowledge to develop customer-centric digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of skills, including:

  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate business needs into actionable product vision and strategies.
  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Credit Analysis, Insurance (Life, Health, General), and Risk & Compliance domains.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to partner with stakeholders, business SMEs, and cross-functional teams to define product vision and ensure alignment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog using Agile best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies and support build, testing, UAT, training, and rollout activities.
