We are seeking a skilled Network Support Specialist to enhance our team's capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance, troubleshooting network-related issues, and ensuring seamless operations of IT infrastructure.

  • Active Directory Administration and Management
  • Remote Support and Collaboration
  • Asset Management and Inventory
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
  • BASIC OS installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • PC/Laptop hardware diagnosis and repair
  • Microsoft Outlook setup and support services
  • Basic Active Directory management (user/group administration, password reset)
  • Printer and peripheral setup and configuration
  • BASIC networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Antivirus and endpoint security management and protection
  • Exposure to SCCM, BSOD troubleshooting, and recovery procedures
  • BitLocker encryption and decryption techniques

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices is highly desirable.

The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
