About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Development Executive to join our organization. As a key member of our content development team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training content for financial programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Review:
    • Create engaging and informative content for financial and business skills programs
    • Develop assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
    • Maintain and update the repository of all created content
    • Coordinate with graphic designers to format content in required templates
  • Product, Client & Trainer Support:
    • Deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers
    • Facilitate client support activities by communicating issues to relevant parties
    • Support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare for assigned trainings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics
  • Relevant certifications (MBA, CA, ACCA, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office tools
