Job Description

The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent implementation of processes and policies related to various domains of Human Resources.

This includes canteen management, employee engagement & welfare, CSR agenda, and administrative requirements.

  • Accountability for overall upkeep of cafeteria management, ensuring hygiene, maintenance, and stock management, and providing benefits to employees with no unresolved grievances.
  • Conduct regular meetings of the Canteen Management Committee, record minutes, and implement agreed actions.
  • Maintain proper financial accounts of the canteen, including expenses and monthly collection.
  • Ensure employee engagement and welfare activities, including communication calendar execution.
  • Employee Medical: Schedule doctor visits and ensure periodical medical examinations as per contract terms and policy.
  • Employee Welfare: Timely distribute employee welfare items and collaborate with teams.
  • Drive the CSR agenda by motivating employees and adopting a collaborative approach.
  • Maintain administrative requirements, including stationery, seating, building needs, and visa letters.
  • Facilitate employee travel, stay, and arrangements.
  • Formulate annual operating plans for cost heads under control.
  • Partner with HR Manager to ensure costs within annual plans.
