We are seeking a highly skilled automation specialist to join our BIM team. As a key player in driving innovation and process efficiency, you will be responsible for developing custom scripts to automate repetitive tasks in Scan to BIM workflows.

Your primary objective will be to leverage advanced visual scripting and Python programming skills to create smart tools for point cloud processing, data extraction, model validation, and geometry generation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Dynamo scripts to automate routine tasks
  • Collaborating with BIM teams to identify bottlenecks and propose automated solutions
  • Developing smart tools for QA/QC teams to check model accuracy, naming conventions, and LOD compliance
  • Assisting in standardizing workflows and ensuring consistency across multiple projects

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven expertise in Dynamo, including advanced visual scripting and Python scripting for custom nodes and complex workflows
  • Extensive experience with the Autodesk Revit API, including strong C# programming skills for developing Revit add-ins
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computational Design, or related field
  • ~3+ years of experience in BIM workflows, with a focus on Scan to BIM and Dynamo scripting
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and related tools
