Job Summary

Affordable Language Solutions Provider

We seek an experienced Japanese Translator to play a key role in facilitating effective communication between our organization and its stakeholders. Your expertise in the Japanese language will enable you to provide high-quality translation services, ensuring that all necessary information is conveyed accurately and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Translating complex documents, including business reports, technical manuals, and marketing materials, from English to Japanese and vice versa.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Providing linguistic support for meetings, conferences, and other events, including simultaneous interpretation and consecutive interpretation.
  • Developing and maintaining terminology databases and style guides to ensure consistency in translation quality.

 

Requirements
  • Native or near-native fluency in Japanese (N2 level)
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • 2+ years of experience in translation, interpretation, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CAT tools, such as MemoQ, Trados, or Wordfast
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
