Job Title: Tender Manager/Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and execute government tender-related activities.

  • Tender Management: Develop and implement effective tender strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage tender submissions.
  • Bid Preparation: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare high-quality bids, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute government tender-related activities.
  • Develop and implement effective tender strategies.
  • Prepare high-quality bids.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in tender management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • A strong understanding of tendering processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, such as engineering or business administration, and will be proficient in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
