Job Title: Senior Jira Administrator


Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Jira administrator to join our team. As a senior member, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our Jira instance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and customizing Jira workflows
  • Developing and implementing Jira plugins using Scriptrunner, Tempo, and other development tools
  • Managing user access and permissions
  • Ensuring data center compliance and disaster recovery procedures
  • Providing excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Jira administration, with 3-4 years of relevant experience in custom development and plugin development
  • Hands-on experience with Jira workflow custom development and plugin development using Scriptrunner, Tempo, and other tools
  • Knowledge of Data Centre experience, Jira wiki upgrade, and disaster recovery procedures
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management
