We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining Atlassian JIRA, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence platforms. This includes designing and implementing custom JIRA workflows, screens, schemes, custom fields, and dashboards.

Additionally, the individual will develop Confluence spaces, templates, macros, and knowledge management structures for teams. They will also collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement JIRA configurations to meet Agile/DevOps delivery models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administering JIRA and Confluence platforms
  • Strong understanding of JIRA workflows, schemes, and custom fields
  • Ability to design and implement custom solutions using JIRA APIs
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
