Lead Financial Reporting and Treasury Charter

This is a high-caliber finance leadership position responsible for leading our group's financial reporting and treasury charter.

The role plays a critical part in driving robust investor-grade reporting capabilities across our businesses as we scale towards IPO readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning timely, accurate, and compliant statutory and management reporting under Indian GAAP and IND-AS standards.
  • Leading the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, working closely with internal and external auditors to ensure audit readiness.
  • Serving as the technical accounting subject matter expert; assessing new accounting standards, implementing them, and ensuring appropriate disclosures.
  • Driving IPO-aligned reporting practices, including consolidated entity reporting, restatements, and regulatory filings.
  • Collaborating with FP&A, business finance, and investor relations teams to ensure alignment between internal and external reporting frameworks.
  • Developing and scaling internal SOPs, reporting templates, and close calendars for group-wide implementation.

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong exposure to IND-AS, consolidation, and complex technical accounting areas.
  • Prior experience in a pre-IPO or listed company is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with auditors and senior leadership.
