Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure that all project goals align with our strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and associated documentation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, creating contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor project performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure resource allocation and availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in software development, construction, healthcare, etc.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
