At HCLSoftware, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Business Technology Solutions team as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Transformation Lead. This role will be responsible for driving the growth of our global people systems and process automation.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of our global HRIS, focusing on maximizing the value of our investment in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Promote standardization, centralization, automation, and delivery of global HR services, enhancing employee experience and process efficiency.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, providing guidance and support to the HR and IT teams.
  • Identify digitalization opportunities and lead or support project implementations to enhance the HR function.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to identify and implement new HRIS features and functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide technical training and support to HR team members and employees on SAP SuccessFactors system usage and functionality.
Requirements:
  • SAP Consultant Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, including functional and technical implementation experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR processes and data management, with ability to relate system applications to business needs.
  • Experience in general HR operations is beneficial.
  • Awareness of trends in digital HR applications is desirable.
