Drive business transformation by leveraging lean principles to optimize facility utilization, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement process improvements to minimize waste, maximize value-added activities, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategic plans, and execute process enhancements.
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders, champion best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance and support as a Six Sigma coach, helping team members develop skills in statistics, change management, and process analysis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and drive Operational Excellence through process capability indexes.
  • Motivate team members to contribute effectively, recognize outstanding performance, and implement SPC systems to maintain process stability.
  • Work closely with global teams to develop annual lean transformation plans based on value stream maps, Strategy Deployment objectives, and lean assessments to drive waste reduction.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience, with 3 or more years of LEAN & Six Sigma experience and proven ability to perform essential functions.
  • Technical knowledge of lean principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Black Belt Certification advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen, fast learner, self-motivated, and disciplined with high interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in various tools, including Kanban, 5S, visual management, Poka-Yoke methods, VSM, and pull systems.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
