Integrate and Optimize Network Infrastructure

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of RAN and transport equipment for a leading telecommunications company.

  • Perform site integrations, carrier additions, feature activations, and configure network elements for optimal performance.
  • Work on RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration, to ensure seamless communication between nodes.
  • Execute health checks, validate KPIs, and troubleshoot issues during and after integration to meet high quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for complex integration and post-launch issues, maintaining accurate logs and documentation as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in RAN integration (LTE/5G), preferably on large-scale projects.
  • Hands-on experience with RAN system integration, BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration, and familiarity with OSS tools and TMO systems.
  • Strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture, parameters, and KPIs, with ability to analyze data and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with flexibility to work in shifts, nights, and weekends as required by project.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of RAN systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality results.
