Integration Specialist Role Summary

Position Overview:

This is a sales operations specialist role that involves the integration and optimization of various systems to enhance data flow, user experience, and overall business performance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), as well as proficiency in system integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, APIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms.
  • Optimize sales system architecture for improved data flow and user experience.
  • Manage sales tools and platforms, leading system integration projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
  • Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or data discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or systems integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.
