Job Title: Senior Cloud Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cloud architect to join our team. As a member of our engineering team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based systems.

  • You will be responsible for leading the development of our cloud infrastructure, including designing and implementing cloud architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Partner with our development teams to architect and build features that are highly available, performant, and secure.
  • Develop innovative ways to measure, monitor, and report application and infrastructure health.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting Unix/Linux
  • Experience in managing large-scale web operations roles
  • Hands-on working with private or public cloud services in highly available and scalable production environments
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well in diverse team-focused environments
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, development, and operations
  • Experience with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and software design
  • Knowledge of distributed systems a big plus
