We are seeking a highly motivated and organized People Experience Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will be responsible for creating meaningful experiences that foster connection, care, and engagement among our employees.
About the Role:
- This position involves planning and executing employee engagement experiences to promote a positive work environment.
- You will support onboarding and pre-hire engagement activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Logistical responsibilities include managing events, catering, and swag distribution for the India office.
- You will contribute to local internal communications and engagement strategy development.
- This role requires initiating care and recognition initiatives to boost employee morale.
- You will be responsible for travel logistics and experience coordination, including international trips to the United States.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, HR, event management, or related roles.
- Preferred experience working in a multinational company or supporting a diverse, cross-cultural workforce.
Working Hours and Travel Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work 12pm-9pm Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
The selected candidate will need to travel internationally annually to the United States.
