Job Summary:

This role is centered around building meaningful connections with prospective families, understanding their academic and personal aspirations, and guiding them through a structured decision-making process to achieve a seamless sales experience.

You will be responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of trust and engagement throughout the client journey.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct personalized consultations to comprehend clients' goals, challenges, and requirements, aligning them with our service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to manage continuous client engagement post-sign-up, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Lead consultative sessions to uncover deeper motivations, timelines, and requirements, providing tailored solutions.
  • Guide prospects through a structured decision-making process, including proposal delivery, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline from lead identification to conversion, tracking all actions in the CRM and maintaining a consistent flow.
  • Gather comprehensive information about clients' academic, personal, and extracurricular profiles to build a holistic understanding of their needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to co-create customized Evaluation Reports and Engagement Plans that reflect each client's unique journey.
  • Nurture strong relationships with key influencers, educators, and stakeholders in the assigned region.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, academies, and other relevant institutions to create a steady pipeline of prospects.
  • Collaborate with Enrolment Advisors, counselors, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of signed-up clients to the Delivery team while continuing to support overall client success and engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities through direct outreach and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Utilize satisfied clients to generate referrals and build brand loyalty within target networks and communities.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing region-specific campaigns, social media outreach, webinars, and workshops.
  • Promote AddedEducation at external events and forums, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records of data, conversations, and activities in the central Customer Data Management System (CRM).
  • Adhere to organizational processes, policies, and compliance requirements, upholding operational discipline and professional integrity.
Requirements:
  • A passion for working in the education industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A good Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
  • Deep critical thinking skills, resulting in informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills - writing, interviewing, and research abilities.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • An almost superhuman attention to detail.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
