Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Candidate Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, profiling applicants, and maintaining records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide timely updates.

  • Sourcing candidates from various sources, including job boards and professional networks
  • Conducting first-round interviews with sourced candidates
  • Profiling candidates for further validation through our hiring process
  • Tracking internal queries and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Identifying suitable candidates based on business requirements
  • Developing a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing candidates from various sources, including job boards and professional networks
  • Interviews and Evaluations: Conducting first-round interviews with sourced candidates and evaluating their suitability for the role
  • Profile Development: Profiling candidates for further validation through our hiring process
  • Internal Queries: Tracking internal queries and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Identifying suitable candidates based on business requirements and developing a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide timely updates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with hiring processes and procedures
